AUSkey and Manage ABN Connections will be retired in March 2020 and will be replaced with two new digital services, myGovID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM). After this date you will no longer be able to access government online services using an AUSkey.
If you are listed as an eligible individual associate on the ABR, you can start the transition for your entity and can then authorise others to act on behalf of the entity if required. To do this you will need to:
Set up myGovID - the Australian Government's digital identity provider and a new way to prove your identity online
Link it to Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) - an authorisation service that allows you to link your myGovID to an Australian Business Number (ABN) and manage who can act on behalf of your business online
